How does this work ? |

After a careful inspection of your photos we will email
you with a firm price. Only after we have an ok from you
will work start on the project.

(2) Can I send you the original photo through mail? |

No, we do not
accept original photos through mail. As e-mailing your
photo ensures safety of your originals.

(3) How do I get my photos onto my computer? |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
This means you will need to scan your photos onto
your computer's hard drive by using a scanner. or
transfer them from your digital camera to your computer.

(4) Need help or don't own a scanner? |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
Can not scan
your photos? No problem!
Almost all photo developing shops (like
FedEx Kinko's), Walgreen's and internet cafes, will be able
to scan your photo for you, and give it to you
on a disk, or perhaps even email it to us on
your behalf. Just make sure you ask them to scan
it as a high ‘resolution’ JPG (minimum 300dpi).
They will scan and email it back
to your email address same day and your original
picture will be mailed back to you.
Then just forward the scanned
photos to our email address

(5) What is the best way to send my photos?
|

Please email us your
photos by simply using your current Email program and click the Attachment button and send to:
info@photoslimming.com If you have very large image files or your have problems sending your image via e-mail, we
recommend a free service called
www.sendthisfile.com
that specialists in sending large files over the internet. The service is free - all you have to do is sign up and send your file.

(6) What file type and size should I send?

The
acceptable file types are JPEG, TIFF, TGA, BMP, RAW, NEF and PSD. The file
should be at about 300 dpi. |

(7) How will I get a free estimate? |
|

After receiving your photos and examining them we will email you with the price. Only
after we have an ok from you will work start on the
project.

(8) I want to apply several types of modifications to my
photo, is this possible? |

Very often your photo
requires several types of improvements. For example
digital slimming, red eyes removal and whitening the
teeth. After emailing the image you will be able to
select as many services as you need.
